Week five introduces students to sustainable practices in floristry through the creation of a classic set of three posy jars. You will practise refining your straussing skills by creating jars of different sizes and then connecting them together to form a cohesive design. This session highlights sustainability in floristry, encouraging creative design with minimal waste.
